Contact the chairperson; they are looking for a volunteer who can come to introduce Dodo’s activities and various projects to your community.
Make an appointment with that volunteer. Getting acquainted takes things forward better than any email.
Invite everyone interested in local solutions to global environmental problems and dodo-like environmental impact to that meeting. Keep in mind that Dodo is an environmental organisation.
Come and get to know the other Dodo groups as soon as possible, for example for Org-Days.
Try to get a project up and running as soon as possible: a shared goal to reach for.
