Last meeting:
The last meeting of Urban Discussion Group was on December 3rd at 6pm at Dodo’s office (Vironkatu 5). The theme was Grande Finale of all our discussions in the past year and a half. But the end is a new beginning: we also spoke about upcoming environmental discussion group which will be launched in the beginning of next year (2004).

The Urban Discussion Group welcomed everyone who can speak English and is interested in environmental issues in urban settings. We discussed about various subjects such as urban planning, urban lifestyle and its ecological aspects etc. especially by comparing international and Nordic cases to each other. Guest speakers were invited occasionally. We usually met every second Wednesday. Sometimes we also made excursions to places of interest on different weekdays.
